Optifine
Optifine is a mod that adds in more options that makes Minecrafts video settings more configurable, while also adding in new rendering and math algorithms to allow minecraft to run faster on certain setups. It also adds in new features like mipmap, anti-aliasing, fancy grass and HD texture support.
